At BearingPoint, we are dedicated to building an agile workforce, workplace, and organisation that aligns with the needs of our people, clients, and business.  Our Hybrid Working model is designed to enhance work-life balance, boost employee motivation, performance, and productivity.  The goal of our Hybrid Working model is to positively impact the wellbeing of our people, provide a better work-life balance, attract and retain a diverse workforce, and reduce our environmental footprint through decreased commuting and international travel.

Our Hybrid Working model offers flexibility, allowing our people to work from the company office, at client sites, or from home, depending on the needs of our clients.   Our working model follows a ‘Teams Based’ approach, where each project team collaborates with their manager to agree the necessary in-person meetings and events required and this will vary by client project.  Our hybrid working model is continually reviewed to ensure it meets the needs of our people, clients, and the environment.
