Pro Bono Work at BearingPoint

We are committed to creating value not only for our clients but for the wider society in which we live and work. BearingPoint also wants to give back to the communities we live and work in as part of our responsibilities to people, planet and society. Through our pro bono work, we have been able to draw on our extensive experiences in management and technology consulting to contribute to many different community projects that seek to make a positive contribution to society. Here are just a few of the pro bono projects that BearingPoint has completed recently in Ireland.

Cry Ireland

BearingPoint is proud to support the charity Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY). BearingPoint hosts and maintains CRY’s website and in 2021 we assisted the charity with a major re-brand and refurbishment of their website. In addition, our staff regularly help to raise funds for the charity through events and sponsored activities such as marathons, bake sales and cycling events.

Paralympics Ireland

BearingPoint has worked with Paralympics to deliver a Salesforce platform that will allow them to have a single view of all of their athletes and supporting contacts. This has enabled the Paralympics Ireland team to spend less time managing communications and keeping data up to date and more time focusing on supporting our Irish athletes and the volunteers who work with them. The Salesforce platform that BearingPoint has helped deliver will grow with Paralympics Ireland as they pursue further success at international and national level.

Aware

BearingPoint has helped Aware to clean and organise their data, reporting, and scheduling so they could spend less time in spreadsheets and more time supporting the Aware trained volunteers who deliver much-needed support services nationwide. In these difficult times, Aware does an amazing job providing support, education and information to hundreds of people every day experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder and other mood-related conditions.
