  • Ethical Hacking and Cyber Security Workshop with Teen-Turn

    Dublin, December 2nd 2022 – A team of volunteers from BearingPoint recently joined the students of Kylemore College for a series of Ethical Hacking and Cyber Security workshops.   • Our Purpose: Canal Clean-up Day

    BearingPoint held its inaugural Canal Clean-up Day on July 28th. A highly motivated team of 14 volunteers collected 16 bags of litter during a 90-minute clean-up session along the banks of Dublin’s Grand Canal. Afterwards, the volunteers reconvened at the office to compare results and share their experiences, while enjoying some well-earned pizza and drinks. The Corporate Social and Responsibility (CSR) team organised the event as part of their commitment to Our People, Planet and Society. After the success of their first event, the team are already planning to make the Canal Clean-up a regular fixture in their calendar.

  • From Tech to Trek: Starting the BearingPoint Hike Club

    I have always found BearingPoint to be a very sociable place to work. Our after-work events are well attended. Last year, a team from BearingPoint organised Climb4Cry, a sponsored hiking event to raise funds and awareness for our charity partner Cardiac Risk in the Young Ireland. After the success of Climb4Cry, I wanted to see if there was an interest in holding regular outdoor events.
