The Future of Work at BearingPoint
We’re creating an agile workforce, workplace and organisation that meets the needs of our people, our customers and the business. Our Hybrid Working model recognises that an improved work-life balance can enhance employee motivation, performance and productivity. The objective of our new Hybrid Working model is to have a positive impact on the wellbeing of our people, to provide a better work/life balance, attract and retain a more diverse workforce and to ensure a positive impact on the environment through reduced commuting and international travel.
Our Hybrid Working model creates flexibility that means our people can work from the company office, on a client site or work from their home location based on primary client requirements. Our Hybrid Working model is based on the principle that each of us understands what is required of us to support our clients, our teams and each other.
We launched our Hybrid Working model in Spring 2022 and will continue to review it to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our people, our clients and the environment. Our new working model is a ‘Teams Based’ approach. This means each project team will work with their manager to agree the in-person meetings/events required and this will vary by project.
